When you join our waitlist through our website or a Facebook or Instagram form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and which service interests you. Our website host may also keep basic visit records, such as which pages were opened.

We use it to tell you about our opening, answer your questions and schedule appointments. We do not sell your information.

By joining the waitlist you agree that we may text and email you at the number and address you gave, including with automated technology. Agreeing is not required to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Facebook and Instagram forms are provided by Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. Only our team and the tools we use to run the practice, such as our texting and scheduling services, can see your information. We may also share it if the law requires.

This website and our sign-up forms are not for medical information. Please do not send health details by form, text or email. Medical information is collected only at your visit, under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance. Our waitlist is for people 18 and older.

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until we no longer need it. To have your information deleted, email hello@dermadreamsaesthetics.com.
